The service
LONGEV CIRCLE provides longevity coaching, training and lifestyle programmes. The app supports your programme with plans, tracking, reminders and AI-assisted guidance.
Not medical advice
Content in the app, including AI coach replies and nutrition estimates, is general wellness information and does not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor before changing medication or insulin, and call emergency services in an emergency.
Your account
Membership accounts are created by LONGEV CIRCLE. Keep your PIN private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Packages & cancellation
Package pricing, duration and cancellation terms are agreed with you when you join. Deleting the app or your account does not by itself cancel a paid package — contact us to cancel.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other members' data, or use the AI coach for unlawful purposes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, LONGEV CIRCLE is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Basel.
